Une demi-journée par mois pour vous faire découvrir ou prolonger en douceur les bienfaits du Yang Shen !
(mouvement qui participe à préserver et renforcer l'énergie vitale)
Se retrouver pour des marches méditatives progressives qui incluront des initiations au bâton, des travaux et rencontre avec l'énergie des arbres, la pratique du Tao (ensemble de mouvements qui racontent une histoire, celle du Tien T'i) et des travaux, en fonction du temps, avec les rivières, grandes forces de régénération, révélation et avant tout Joie !
En fin de programme, la journée se clôturera par un repas partagé pour ceux qui le désirent.

-Vêtement souple et coupe-vent (tenue noire pour ceux qui l'ont)
-Chaussures de marche souples
-Bâton pour ceux qui en ont un
-Maillot de bain (au cas ou...)
